Accessibility Tips

The Adaptive Computing Technology Center is a department within the University of Missouri's Division of Information Technology. The following services are offered to persons with disability, specifically at MU:

Instructions for Turning on the Accessibility Feature in MyZou

  1. Open Internet Explorer and go to http://myzou.missouri.edu.
  2. Login using your PawPrint and password.
  3. In the menu on the left, click on My Personalizations.
  4. On the page that loads, to the right of General Options, press Personalize Option.
  5. The first option under Personalization Option is Accessibility Features. The default value is Accessibility Features Off. In the pull-down menu next to it, click on either Use Accessible Layout Mode or Use Standard Layout Mode. You can click on Explain next to the pull-down menu, and another page will load that provides explanation for the options and allows you to choose an option from that page as well.
