Appointment Information

To make an appointment for an adaptive assessment or training, call the ACT Center at (573)884-2828, or use our Service Request form.

  • Appointments are scheduled approximately two weeks out, unless special arrangements need to be made.
  • Assessments are scheduled for two hours at a time.

Once your appointment has been made, we will send you a packet of information, including overview of the assessment, directions and parking for the center and contact information.

Parking

Parking is located in the back of Memorial Union.

  • If you are turning on to University Ave., from College Ave., you will take the first driveway on the left-hand side. This drive will take you back behind the Memorial Union building.
  • If you are turning on to University Ave, from Hitt St. or 9th St., it will be the last driveway on the right, heading towards College Ave.

In this parking lot, there are metered and handicapped parking areas. Metered areas are $0.25 per half hour. If you need assistance into the building, please call us and we will make arrangements to meet you upon arrival.

Location

The ACT Center is located on the second floor of the north side of Memorial Union. You can enter the building on the north side using the automatic doors and ramp. There is an elevator located on the first floor between the stairwell and the food area.

When you arrive on the second floor, take an immediate right and remain straight. You will see the ACT Center in front of you. Welcome to the ACT Center.
