PDF Accessibility
Portable Document Format (PDF) Accessibility means that the contents of a PDF can be accessed or used by everyone, including individuals with neurological, physical, visual or hearing impairments. The ACT Center’s goal is to inform and educate the University of Missouri about PDF Accessibility and why it should be made a priority to everyone who manages, develops, maintains, or is involved with a University of Missouri Web site or anyone who creates PDFs here on campus.
The ACT Center can provide suggestions on how to make accessible content to the widest range of users with various physical disabilities. Call the ACT Center at (573) 884-2828 to for more information, or to set-up an appointment with our staff.
